A CLEARER START

Good questions.
Thoughtful answers.

Can I buy a home and plan a renovation together?+

That is the central idea of this proposed experience: consider the purchase and the home’s possibilities together. Renovation scope and cost would require property access, professional evaluation, and a separate construction agreement.

Would I need to renovate before selling?+

No. The proposed seller service begins by comparing a sale as is with focused improvements or a larger renovation. The right choice depends on your priorities, the property, the budget, and the market. A renovation would never come with a guaranteed sales price or return.

How would financing fit into the process?+

Financing would be arranged directly with an outside lender where available. Investor renovation loans and homeowner renovation funding are different products. Eligibility and terms require lender review; no loan approval, lender partnership, or deferred-payment program is promised in this concept.

Can I work with Alpine if I live out of state?+

Alpine’s existing building website describes an owner experience being developed for clients near and far. Communication, updates, selections, and project visibility would be defined for your specific project. Explore the remote-owner concept ↗

Are brokerage and building one service?+

This proposal brings them together under one brand while keeping the engagement for each service clear. Brokerage representation, construction, and any outside financing would have their own responsible providers, scope, agreements, and disclosures.
